Our mighty team walks not only in memory of my Grandmother but also in honor of my Aunt (her daughter) who is living with this horrible disease. We are not only walking for them but for the 6+ million Americans that are currently living with Alzheimer's. We are uniting in a movement to reclaim the future for millions! The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's™ is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans.
