It's that time of year again when my attention and hopefully yours, is on the Walk to End Alzheimer's. I walk in memory of Marvin, my dear friend and the friend of so many of my friends from Community Renewal Chorus and All God's Children. But it's bigger than that. Having been in Pastoral Care for many years and having lived with and ministered to so many seniors and dealt with family members who live with this daily, I walk for all of them. This year will be different for me, not just because I've reached the ripe age of 90 but because I'm not as strong a walker as I was even a year ago. But, like everything I've done in life, I'm going to give it my best shot. I need you to give it your best shot in donating as much as you feel you can to this cause. Thank you in advance for your kind generosity. My goal is to raise $800 by the end of August. Why not prove me wrong and double that.
