Rick Edmondson was not just devastated by the diagnosis of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease, it drastically changed his self image. He viewed himself as worthless, especially after he was unable to work. The Walk to End Alzheimer's gave him a sense of purpose and empowered him to make a difference in his community and society in a meaningful way.
