By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising awareness and funds to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
As many of you know my mom suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease. What you may not know is that two of her four deceased siblings also died from Alzheimer’s and her one remaining sibling currently has Alzheimer’s. This is a disease that I am very passionate about.
Alzheimer’s Disease is currently the 7th leading cause of death in the US and we need more research to help to fight this disease.
