Northwest Kidney Centers is passionate about giving person-centered care and constantly striving to help our patients live well.  We are walking to raise awareness about the unique challenges our kidney community faces and to add to our momentum in improving our care for these folks.  People with End Stage Kidney disease on dialysis are at a higher risk of dementia for many reasons related to their kidney disease.  People with dementia undergoing dialysis and their care teams face unique challenges.  Our NKC staff comes together as a team everyday to work hard providing compassionate care to our communities.
