My friends and I have been walking together for many years and again we will join our hearts and soul to strengthen the value of the Alzheimer's Association to find a cure, give support to families and continue to help those with this disease. Our Walk on Sept 7th, 2024 will do just that. Thank you to ALL of you who have supported me in the past by donating whatever you can to help find a cure. I continue to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's to honor my mother, Alvina, whom my family lost to the disease in 2016 as well as her husband Glen who she married after my father passed away. A wonderful friend and companion to my mother for a few short years until Alzheimer's took his life as well. I found great help from the association when i needed it to walk thru this journey with my mom. I was given resources so that I could handle situations with greater knowledge helping to make her more comfortable. Please donate to me thru my participation, whatever you can so we can fight this together. Stay healthy, active, calm, happy and peaceful in your life. Hollie
