As a Research group who focuses on mental health, Alzheimer's is at the top of our priorities when it comes to finding better treatment, and maybe someday a cure. At GMRI, we conduct studies for Alzheimer's and see first-hand how this disease affects individuals as well as their families and loved ones. We must continue to search for ways to improve the situation. Upwards of 13,000 Vermonters have Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia and more than 25,000 friends and family are providing care. There has never been a more important time to combat this deadly disease.
Our team is participating in The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®,& invites you to join us in the fight against Alzheimer's Disease! We are participating in this event to raise much needed awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
