Lakewood Retirement Community's team member Brad Muranko will be cycling the Blue Ridge Parkway (469 miles!!!) from Virginia to Asheville, NC. June 23 to June 30 to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association. Joe Kent, an 80-year-old Lakewood resident will be mirroring the ride by cycling around Lakewood's campus!
Our senior living community is working together - residents and staff - to help the Alzheimer's Association support research to find effective treatments and hopefully a cure for this terrible disease. Our goal is to raise over $60,000 in 2024!
