You can help stop the nation's sixth leading cause of death. Join us for the Alzheimer's Association walk to End Alzheimer's- the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Together, we walk on behalf of our friends, our families and our future. Though we all have our own motivation to step up to the start line, our eyes are set on the ultimate finish line- the End of Alzheimer's.

When: November 4th 2017
Registration starts at 8:00am- Opening Ceremony starts at 9: am
Where: Wyndhurst –Start and finish at the Flagpoles 

How: Let me know if you are interested in walking w/us or just simply make a donation on line or in person to ( Heritage Green Dream  Team) to help the cause. My goal is for each team member to raise $100!
