DayBreak Senior Services is the only certified Senior Day Facility in Northern Utah. Many of our participants both past and present have battled some form of dementia. Our trained CNA's are skilled in caring for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia. We understand how hard it is to care for a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease. We aim to diminish caregiver burnout by giving caregivers a break for the day, allowing them time for self-care and revitalization. We also recognize living with Alzheimer's can be a very isolating and frustrating experience. Our participants are treated to daily activities, events, cognitive and recreational therapy and opportunities to socialize with others. We are designed to provide social and basic health services to senior adults who need supervised, daytime care in a safe place outside the home. We believe both caregivers and those they care for deserve a DAY-cation! We are walking this year for all our participants who are currently living with Alzheimer's and their care partners and in memory of those we've served who are no longer with us.
