Our team name comes from all the support I received from family, friends, the Alzheimer's Association and people I didn't even know who were part of the Caregiver's Support group at Hill Air Force Base. I honestly don't know what I would have done without that support. Many of these people may never know how much they helped me.
I am so grateful for all the caring and support I received. I learned that people facing Alzheimer's or caring for someone with dementia need a lot of support.
Please join Team Support and help the Alzheimer's Association in their efforts to end Alzheimer's.
