This year we are honoring all of those families, friends, work buddies and bosses who have lived with Alzheimer's Disease. My older sister, Kathy, died of Alzheimer’s Disease. It not only ended her life early, it robbed her of quality of life in her workplace and her home by slowly inserting itself into her very way of life. It is insidious, but we are fierce!
