Blue represents someone living with Alzheimer's or another dementia
Purple is for those who have lost someone to the disease
Yellow represents someone who is currently supporting or caring for a person living with Alzheimer's or another dementia
Orange is for these who support the cause and the Association's vision of a world without Alzheimer's or other dementia

Zoo admission will be covered by the Alzheimer's Association.

We walk to bring awarenessand raise funds for a different future. We walk for families facing thisdisease today, for more time and successful treatments, most importantly acure. We’re closer than ever to stopping Alzheimer’s, but to get there, we needyou to join us.

• 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia

• More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's

• It kills more than breast cancer & prostate cancer combined

• Between 2000 and 2019, deaths from heart disease have decreased 7.3% while deaths from Alzheimer's disease have increased 145%.

• Alzheimer's and dementia deaths have increased 16% during the COVID-19 pandemic

• In 2021, Alzheimer's and other dementias will cost the nation $355 Billion. By 2050, these costs could rise to more than $1.1 Trillion

• Over 11 million Americans provide unpaid care for people with Alzheimer's or other dementias. These caregivers provided an estimated 15.3 billion hours valued at nearly $257 billion.
