I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's, and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. Alzheimer's disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States.
This will be mine and my families 5th year participating in the Alzheimer's Walk to End Alzheimer's. I lost my beloved father Javier L. Celaya, my beautiful grandmother "Ama", my wonderful Tia Irma and family friend Ed Ray to Alzheimer's. Other family members are also fighting this disease and they are not alone. Alzheimer's isn't stopping and neither are we. I'm reaching out for help in this fight and want to thank everyone for their support and dedication and those that join the cause.
Together, we can END Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer's!
Thank you!
