Our team is made up of family members who lost their mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and/or tia when Carmen R Perez passed away due to diabetes/Alzheimer’s. The team welcomes both extended family members as well as friends and friends of friends to join the fight against Alz!
