Every day my team and I help families and persons living with dementia navigate the disease process. Yes, it is our job but almost everyone I work with has some personal connection to the disease. My grandmother had a form of dementia but was never diagnosed. We did not have an Alzheimer's Association to call in Jamaica and were terribly uneducated about the disease.
The fact is money funds the mission - it helps us support a 24 hr HELPLINE, provide educational presentations and material and fund research and so on. To help people we need YOU- Please donate to my WALK TEAM this year and know you help me to support others.
