Brookdale Belle Meade community has been serving those affected with Alzheimer’s and Dementia for the past 20 plus years. Our foundation of our dementia care philosophy is person-centered care. We take pride in honoring each resident by preserving their self-esteem in every encounter we have with them. This is why we make it a point to perform our work in a way that feels familiar and secure, and helps our residents engage in a purpose-filled daily routine that they enjoy. By taking time to get to know our residents individually, we make sure we define them by who they are, not by the symptoms of their dementia. As we continue to help individuals on a daily basis we are joining the fight to help spread the word of what we are able to contribute to the community and we ask you for the support in joining our team for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
