Please support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. All of us at TOPS 0552 have lost loved ones or friends to Alzheimer's disease. We are inspired to participate not only to remember and honor them, but also to do one of the main activities you can do to prevent Alzheimer's, which is to exercise regularly. 

As a non-profit weight loss and weight maintenance support group, TOPS understands the many links between our diet, exercise, and good health. If you'd like to join our Walk Team, please register to join us on Saturday, October 8 at the zoo! You're also welcome to join us on our fitness journeys at our weekly meetings.
