Welcome to our team page.  My parents, Bruce and Carol, have been married for over 50 years and met in high school and currently live outside of Nashville.  My sister lives with her husband (Jason) in PA and I live with my husband (Jonathan) and son (Pierson) in Nashville as well.  Growing up my dad played a significant role in my life as a coach and mentor, role model, and the greatest dad a girl could have.  My dad taught us strength, determination, how to have our own (fact based) opinions.  He taught me how to play golf, coached my softball team for years, and showed up for every sporting event typically walking alongside me for 4 hours during golf tournaments.  He supported us even though he may not have always supported our decisions, and continues to tell us daily how much he loves us, and how proud he is of us.  We hit the jackpot with our parents and now we set on a new journey.  One into the unknown where we have to balance supporting our dad in a way we don't yet know how, but also being there for our mom as her independence now becomes solely dependent on my dad.  We want to thank you all for any contribution, whether that is financial, sending us your thoughts and experiences, or joining us for the Walk to End Alzheimer's in November.  This will be our second year, and our first year was such a tremendous success and our goal is to beat our first year performance!
