Ed Cecil was a wonderful father, husband, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle.  He was known for saying that God would never give you more than you can handle. We wondered about that in the last few years as he battled Alzheimer's. Slowly, we watched him slip further and further away as the disease slowly won. As we watched the battle, our definition of a good day changed dramatically! He battled the disease valiantly until the end. Maybe God knew that he could handle it, so that his family could raise awareness for all the other helpless victims of Alzheimer's.  Ed Cecil, you will always be missed!
