As most of you know, the Alzheimer’s Association holds a special place in my heart, both personally and professionally. Participating in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s is one of my favorite ways to support the work they do to help families, caregivers, and individuals manage the challenges of Alzheimer's.
I personally know the impact that Alzheimer’s has had on my own family, and realize many of you do as well. I am proud that my Brookdale family is so passionate about finding a cure and supporting those affected by this disease. Since 2008, Brookdale has contributed over $21.5 million to the cause, and the Nashville Walk to End Alzheimer’s is currently the #1 walk in the country out of 600 events nationwide. So cool!
We’ll all be out walking again on November 4, rain or shine, and my personal goal is to raise $1000. I understand you all have your own charitable commitments, so I would be truly grateful if you were so inclined to help me with mine.
I know we’re making a difference in the lives of those living with Alzheimer’s and those who love them.
With gratitude,
Angela
