The Forget Me Knots, “bound by love and precious memories”, is a group supporting #walktoendalz started by close friends, Lisa Viator, Patti Ingram & Sharon Kipp. We had all recently experienced the loss of a parent or in-law with Alzheimer's and were already fundraising buddies, so we decided we should help this cause near to our hearts. Several friends joined us immediately, and since then several others have experienced the loss from dementia and Alzheimer’s and have joined us in the fight.  What started as   " the Sister Friends" morphed into "The DAWGs" (Dementia & Alzheimer's Warrior Goddesses” and finally “The Forget Me Knots ~ bound by love and precious memories.” Most people we know have a friend or loved one who has been somehow touched by this dreadful disease.  Let's all work together to find the end of Alzheimers.
