Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we. Join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
My mom was diagnosed in the fall of 2015 with Vascular Dementia. She was 90 years old. I think we all saw it coming years before, but we just didn't want to face it. We blamed her losing her purse, keys, and glasses on the obvious fact that she was getting older. The next 2 years was a wild roller coaster ride for our family. We were forced into making decisions and providing support and care for our mother who was loosing the ability to function on a day to day basis. This disease is relentless. It takes away their dignity. It takes away their freedom. It takes away their choices, and worst of all it takes away their memories. Please join my team, donate and or walk with us to raise money for research to stop this disease!
