Part of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for over 10 years, Team Make the World Forget is formed in honor and memory of all of those suffering from the complications of Alzheimer's, including the father of Siobhan, Patrick, who passed away with Alzheimer's in 2015.
All of us walking have known, cared for, or loved someone close to us who has been touched by Alzheimer's. We walk to remove this disease from the list of incurable illnesses and bring hope to those suffering.
