Welcome to Nana & Mammie's Crew team page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! Walk. It is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. It’s held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, and our team is excited to participate this year. We will be walking on September 28, 2024 in Lawton, OK.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, including our grandmothers, and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care. Our families understand the commitment it is to care for loved ones with Alzheimer's. We need your help to end this devastating disease.
