The Saint Simeon's Team can tell a myriad of stories about Alzheimer's and related dementias. We care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia in every area of our community. We walk to honor all of our residents past, present, and future as well as our own family members who have or are caring for someone with Alzhiemer's or dementia.
