I have been a supporter of the Alzheimer's Association for a number of years and my appreciation of what they do for those suffering with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias - and their caregivers - continues to grow.
Unfortunately, my connection to the cause has grown - my sister, Lynne, was recently diagnosed with dementia. She now joins the ranks of those who benefit from the efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
