At the Ohio Eastern Star Home we see daily the effects that Alzheimer's has on our Elders as well as the families in charge of their care.  This disease robs so many beautiful memories, as well as the ability to function physically.  It's a disease that changes people, and often leaves the loved ones lonely for the 'old connections' they used to have.  We are walking to help bring an end to this disruptive and debilitating disease.
