Thomas Miller is my father-in-law and at first I lived next door to him in Ohio in order to help with care. But in February 2024 his wife passed away. Now he requires specialized memory care 24/7 which is hard to come to terms with. Alzheimer’s doesn’t take away just their memory of loved ones but it takes the ability to do simple things for themselves. Imagine you can’t remember how to feed yourself or worse can’t remember how to eat. Everyday is a struggle to do simple tasks.
Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
