Support Team Toni High Heels for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. It's the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Our (Diane, Vicki and Ed) mother, Toni Canizaro, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2015 and passed in December of 2022. During those 7 years we watched her decline. Even while struggling, she still had her spunky personality and knew who we are. It's heartbreaking to watch this disease take bits of your loved one away.
