Please consider supporting our SEM Haven team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The Alzheimer's Association is near and dear to our hearts, providing so many resources to our residents and families needing memory care support. Last year SEM Haven joined forces with the Alzheimer's Association and began a support group for caregivers. This year our goal is to continue our partnership and raise awareness! Every donation matters! We are also looking for more to join our walking team!
