I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's.

This is my fifth time to participate in a fund-raising walk. Many of you supported me on past walks and I hope you will do so again.

I have friends who live with Alzheimer's daily. Their struggle and that of their caregivers is heart wrenching. It’s my special joy to honor my friend Evelyn Taylor and her husband caregiver Mark Taylor. I also volunteered at an adult day care where most of the participants had varying stages of Alzheimer's.
