CALLING ALL TEAM CAPTAINS:

We're kicking-off 2025 with a special Team Captain gift. Team Captains are the heart of Walk to End Alzheimer’s. As a Team Captain, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit family, friends and coworkers; help them fundraise; keep your team motivated; and have fun fighting for a great cause! We want to show our love by sending you an official 2025 Team Captain scarf to wear with pride.

Here’s how it works:

• Register today! Shout it from the roof tops, and sign up to say you are joining us on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, Ohio.
• Individually raise or donate $25 to receive an official Team Captain scarf to show your social group how you lead the way during the 2025 Walk season.
• BONUS: individually donate or raise $100 and we’ll personalize the scarf with your Team Name AND you qualify for the official 2025 Walk T-shirt!

FAQ’s
What if I already registered as a Team Captain?
You are awesome! If you have signed up and raised $25, you’ve already qualified for your Team Captain scarf. To receive a personalized Team Captain scarf, make sure you work to individually raise or donate $100 to your participant page.

Do donations to my team count towards the bonus of having a Team Captain scarf?
Unfortunately no! Only individual fundraising qualifies you for this gift. You need to have the donation listed on your participant page by midnight on April 30, 2025. But the good news is that all donations impact the mission.

Do we get to determine what name is personalized the Team Captain scarf?
When you qualify to have your Team Captain scarf personalized; we will use the team name that you entered at registration. If you need to confirm or update spelling; reach out to your Walk Manager before midnight on April 30, 2025.

How long will it take to receive my official Team Captain scarf?
Please allow 4 weeks from the end of the promotion after April 30th for production. You’ll receive updates from your Walk Manager on the status.

How will I receive my official Team Captain scarf?
Your Team Captain scarf will be shipped to the address you listed in your registration. If you need to check, confirm or change your address please reach out to your Walk Manager by midnight on April 30, 2025.Your Team Captain scarf will also be available for local drop off or pick up. Talk to your Walk Manager and we can make special arrangements for this special opportunity.
