Welcome to our team page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! We are Sue's Safari Stroll! 

Sue is a character, if you couldn't tell that by her picture! She has never met a stranger, because she will talk to anyone and everyone, and they quickly go from being stranger to being a friend. Sue has the biggest heart and is always willing to help anyone in need. And, if you didn't already know, Sue loves animals, especially giraffes! 

In May of 2018, Sue was diagnosed with vascular dementia. She has seen many family members, including her grandfather, her mother in law, and her uncles, lose their battle with Alzheimer's and her mother battled dementia. Sue is a fighter and refuses to let this diagnosis win. 

We would love for you to sign up, join our team, and walk with us at the Circleville Alzheimer's Walk on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Sue cannot walk the full walk, but loves to cheer everyone across the finish line, so we would love for members of our team to walk it for her.
