The reason Iam so in love with dementia care and what we do at Kemper House is what ithas taught me in life about relationships and myself. 

When I enterKemper House, our residents force me to stop, slowdown and really listen,listen intently with all my senses, through this I have learned moreabout myself, about life and even about death.

It feelslike I have grownmore in the last two years with my starting Kemper House Central Ohio than in the previous 50 years combined. 

I am so gratefulto get up every morning knowing we are making a difference and doing suchmeaningful work.

Living mylife with such abundance of joy and gratitude has changed everything forme.

I am a betterbusinessman, a better leader, and an all-around better person to my familyand to my friends.

I owe somuch of who I am today to Kemper House and all the amazing people that influence me, andthat I have had the honor to mentor, lead, and work side by side with.

I am achanged man and I cannot be more thankful!
