We hope you can join us this year! The walk is Saturday Sept. 14th at 10:00 AM. Registration starts at 8:30 AM. We would appreciate any donation, and all are welcome to walk with us!
This walk is so different than many other charity walks and events. There is no celebration of survivors because no one has survived Alzheimer's disease. Not yet.
Aunt Debbie had early onset dementia. What makes it even more unbelievable is that she was so young. If you had met her, you know that was so sweet, kind and giving. Her husband (my uncle) Bob Johnson has made it his mission to raise as much money as he can for the Alzheimer's Association, so that no one else has to go through this. Uncle Bob has held fundraisers, walked the Erie Canal, and raised over $6,000 for the Brockport walk over the years.
Your support goes to research that may end Alzheimer's and provide the care and support needed by our loved ones and caregivers. Thank you.
We love you, Aunt Deb.
