I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's(R) on Saturday, October 5th.
Every dollar raised supports important research and needed support for caregivers & their loved ones.
The Rochester Finger Lakes Alzheimer's chapter delivers programs & services for FREE including education, support groups, a 24/7 hotline and social interactions.
My sorority, Sigma Kappa, has been partnering with the Alzheimer's Association for 40 years and is vested in advancing research through alumnae and collegiate participation in fundraising efforts. We have raised 16 million dollars over these 40 years. We will be a Diamond sponsor again this year, pledging to raise at least $1,000,000 !
Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
