Dad (Junior) was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia 7 years ago and suffered with the loss of his short term and some long term memories.  At first it was very difficult for him to understand why he couldn't remember things, why it was hard for him to put things together or remember what he just did or why he was where he was.  If mom wasn't around, it made it so much worse, he would get more disoriented and was always looking for her and asking where she was.  

We lost him in 2022 and are raising funds to find a cure so others don't have to watch their loved ones suffer through this disease.
