Team Mom's Daughters was formed to honor our mom who we lost in 2017. This is our 8th year participating in the Yaphank Walk to End Alzheimer’s to honor her memory and raise funds to find a cure and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of other families struggling with this devastating disease.

Alzheimer's has no cure or effective treatment. There are 6 million Americans living with the disease and more than 16 million unpaid caregivers. We know the heartbreak, stress, and challenge of being a caregiver. That's why we are committed to helping others by walking each year.
