Team Frazier was started in 2015 by Robert Frazier Sr.'s grand-daughter Shannon, when her grand-father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago to help bring awareness to the disease.

Robert passed away from Alzheimer's in 2017 but the heartbreak brought on by this devastating disease remains in our hearts and memories every day.

To date, our team has raised over $30,000 by hosting annual fundraisers and making self-donations on walk day!

It is so important that we do what we can to raise money and help find a cure so that hopefully one day no one will know the pain that comes along with a loved one having Alzheimer’s.
