Larry Bueb is a Past President of the Middletown Lions Club and my Father-in-Law. He recently broke his hip and had to have a rod placed in the leg. Bad enough when you are in your 80s. Much worse when every time you wake up you are confused as to where you are and why you are in pain. As we visit him in the hospital there are days when he is good and engaged. there are other days when he does not recognize the family members that are visiting.
Larry's father died of Alheimer's related complications. I look at my wife and her siblings, my 4 sons, nieces and nephews and wonder - who is next. Maybe, with your help we can each do our own little bit.
If you can join us to walk, great. If you can't join us maybe you can donate to the Middletown Lions Club team. If you are unable to do either, then please keep Larry and his family in your prayers.
