Morningside of Concord has a special memory care neighborhood designed for those that have Alzheimer's and other cognitive deficits.  Our goal is to provide them with a safe, warm, nurturing environment where they feel like they belong and have a purpose.  Our neighborhood is called "The Bridge to Rediscovery."

You will find that we have programming dimensions on a daily basis that cover cognitive, group, motor, sensorial and purpose. 

We Relate, Motivate & Appreciate:  We relate our programs to personal history and abilities, we motivate with activities that residents enjoy, and appreciate by celebrating success and meaningful moments.
