Lend A Hand Glove Drive, Hurricane Helene Relief 2024

We continue to keep all the families in the western portion of the state in our thoughts as they continue to recover post Hurricane Helene. As you join us this Saturday for the Fayetteville Walk to End Alzheimer's, we encourage you to "lend a hand" to our neighbors in Western NC by bringing a pair of gloves to donate - winter gloves, work gloves, food service gloves, etc. We know that Western NC will continue to need support through the fall and winter months and we want to think ahead as to how we can support those impacted during the colder months in the mountains. ❄️🌄
These items will be donated later this year as recovery continues. Collection bins will be located at the Purple Alzheimer's Associaiton Registration Tent when you arrive at Segra Stadium on Walk Day. Please consider helping us fill the bins from the Can Do City with new and/or like new gloves! 🧤

FAY Dog, Pet Area GFX LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines

We look forward to seeing you AND your dog on Walk Day in FAY! 🐶
We loved having your four-legged furbabies with us in the ballpark for the 1st time in 2023.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times, and have a copy of all vaccinations submitted to Segra Stadium.

Please visit the Pet Area sponsored by LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines on the concourse on Walk Day! 🐾

Here's an advance reminder of the requirements for Dog Admission into SEGRA Stadium:
📧 Please Email: fayettevilleastros@astros.com
Subject: Fayetteville Walk
Include in the body of the email the following information:
🙋‍♀️ Handler’s name
🐶 Dog’s name
Please attach a copy of vet records that include the following vaccinations: parvo, diptheria, rabies, & bordatella.

Help us get your furbabies registered in advance to ensure a smooth check in experience on Walk Day for you and our four-legged walkers. You will be able to turn in this information on Walk Day, 10/26, but we recommend sending in advance.
**Without this verification, your furbaby will not be allowed to enter the stadium. 🐾
Thank you and we can't wait to see you raise the 'woof' for awareness!
