I have been involved with the Alzheimer's Association since 2016, the year my Dad was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. He was a few days shy of his 62nd birthday. This disease robbed him and us of so much during the last 7 years of his life. We lost him on January 2, 2023 after suffering all of the ups and downs that this disease throws at families. I walk and raise money in his memory and to help other families facing the same battles we did - so one day there is a cure.
