Hello, Heather here! Let me start of by saying I can't begin to explain how much I enjoy working here at Spring Creek Inn Memory Care Community, hence why I have been here 11 years! I love what we do! Between myself, our Executive Director, Stacia, and our Director of Resident Services, Chelsea, we have been with Spring Creek for just shy of 25 years and we have over 40 years of dementia/memory care experience.

Spring Creek Inn Memory Care Community is a licensed assisted living community that specializes in cognitive decline (memory loss due to dementia, traumatic brain injuries, other various forms).  We are located on the west side of Bozeman and have had the pleasure of being here for close to 14 years. We are a fully secure memory care community. We offer full-time care options as well as a Day Stay program, short term Respite stays, as well as many Support Group options for those caring for others with cognitive decline.  We have nurses in our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to direct the care of our residents, coordinate their care with their local physicians, and manage medications.  The nurses are accessible to families around the clock to answer any questions or concerns.  

In addition to our great nursing care, we feel very strongly about helping our residents continue to live a quality of life that includes continuing to be active and engaged.  For another look visit our Facebook page at Spring Creek Inn | Bozeman MT | Facebook.  Our Active Living program frequently includes two different activities at any given time during the day. All of activities are geared towards those with memory loss so there is always something that someone care participate in, if they wish. Our activities start just after breakfast and last into the evening hours after dinner.  Each of our resident rooms is equipped with both pull alarms, as well as motion detection alarms for added safety.
