We are walking in memory of Tyler Crumb.
In January 2015 Tyler had a heart attack. Two years later, in April 2017 he was officially diagnosed with Young Onset Alzheimer's disease after noticing symptoms since his heart attack. Tyler passed away on home hospice on November 17, 2023, from Alzheimer's.
Our team is named "Midnight Train" because through all of Tyler's illness he never forgot the song, "Midnight Train to Georgia".
We are walking to raise funds to help find a cure.
