Welcome to our team page for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®!  As an organization who strives to provide quality services to individuals throughout the region of SWMO (and beyond), we are passionate about raising awareness, funds for research, and being part of the cause.  We honor all of those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease - including many friends and family members of our own Lakeland team.  

Please join us in the fight to #EndAlz as we walk to build awareness and contribute donations to this cause. The Walk to End Alzheimer's is held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, and our team is excited to participate in Springfield, MO this year.
