Carol's Team was founded in 2005 after my mom, Carol was diagnosed with younger onset Alzheimer's disease in August of that year. We walked in her honor for the first time at the 2006 walk. Mom ended her Alzheimer's journey on October 29, 2013. Please join us to walk in her memory. 

The money raised goes directly to support programs, community services and Alzheimer's research.
