I am walking in memory of my mother, Betty, who lost her battle with Alzheimer's earlier this year.
Caring for and watching someone struggle with this disease is heartbreaking. No one deserves to slowly lose all the memories that took a lifetime to build. 

The reason we walk is to FIND A CURE so others don't have to suffer through this disease.
