More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's or another form of Dementia. This year I am participating in the Cape Girardeau Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 18th at Capaha Park in Cape Girardeau. I lost my husband Ed to Lewy Body Dementia on July 31, 2013, and it is a day I will never forget. I don't want anyone to ever have to go through what I went through watching the love of my life slowly slip away. The end of of Alzheimer's disease starts with you.
